ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:

Color: ruby red with garnet highlights.
Aroma: persistent end of forest fruits and cooked fruit.
Taste: dry, full-bodied, soft, slightly lively.
Conservation: wine to be consumed young, but also suitable for short aging.
Serving temperature: 15-20 ° c.
Suggested pairings: bagna càuda, soups, panissa, boiled meat, semi-hard cheeses and gorgonzola.
