ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:

Color: light ruby red.
Bouquet: delicate, persistent, fruity, with hints of flowers and a well-known sensation of pepper and spices.
Taste: soft, dry with a pleasantly almond and bitterish aftertaste, unique in its kind.
Conservation: consumed young has a nervous character, with a short aging it becomes more 'velvety.
Serving temperature: 15-18 ° c. In summer it is refreshed willingly.
Suggested pairings: vitello tonnato, raw meat, finanziera, cured meats and agnolotti, mixed fry alla piemontese and any elaborate fish dishes or fried or grilled with aromatic herbs.
