ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:

Colour: Ruby Red.
Bouquet: Intense, floral and spicy.
Taste: Dry, harmonic and velvety.
Conservation: To be consumed preferably young or after a little ageing.
Serving Temperature: 16-18°C.
Serving Suggestions: salami and ham, seasoned and unseasoned cheeses and also with dark chocolate.

Land: Lime with a high limestone content and south-western exposure.

Method of Vinification: Traditional with controlled maceration with pumping over of the fermenting must and punching and plunging of the cap during fermentation.
Duration of Maceration: 6 days.
