Colour: bright yellow with greenish hues.
Bouquet: delicate, with orange blossoms and acacia flowers, fresh fruits with tropical notes.
Taste: silky, soft, harmonious, bodied and with a long persistence.
Preservation: to be preferably consumed when still young.
Serving temperature:10° C.
Recommeded pairings: light appetizers, fish, crustaceans, frittata, medium-aged cheeses, oriental cuisine and spicy dishes.
