CANTINE CALDERA
L’antica grande cantina, dotata di parcheggio privato nel cortile antistante, si trova in Portacomaro Stazione, facile da raggiungere seguendo il cartello che si affaccia sulla strada statale Asti-Casale. Dispone, tra l’altro, di un ampio locale dall’elegante soffitto con mattoni “a vista” che ospita l’affinamento dei vini più importanti in botti grandi e piccole (barriques) in legno di rovere.

The selection of the best grapes, coming from old plant vineyards (between 30 and 50 years old) it guarantees a quantitatively low production (in many cases less than 50 quintals per hectare), eccentuate pruning and appropriate bunches of bunches in the most prolific years, contribute to raising the quality.
